Khelagor (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Khelagor and its users.

By using Khelagor's services, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 or older), of sound mind, and eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of your country.

To create an account on Khelagor, you must register with valid information. Opening an account using false details is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed.

Each individual may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email at the time of registration.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Khelagor may request additional information at any time for verification purposes.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Support immediately.

You can deposit on Khelagor using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier. Khelagor does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply a service charge.

• If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it. You will need to submit a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000) may require additional verification.

• Real-time odds fluctuations during live betting are normal.
• Bets on incomplete games may be voided due to a technical error.
• The game provider's rules shall be considered final.
• Participation in match fixing or any other unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Khelagor platform and will result in account closure and possible legal action:

• Playing using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any form of cyberattack.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.
• Bonus Hunting or arbitrage betting.

Khelagor reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also close their own account. In this case, any verified balance may be withdrawn, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
